Letters ship on the 1st of every month. Sign up before the 23rd and your child’s first letter goes out with next month’s batch. Sign up after the 23rd and it ships the following month. Mail usually arrives within 3–10 days across Canada.
Yes. Just enter the child’s name and mailing address at checkout. Grandparents love the 6-month and 1-year plans because there’s nothing to renew every month.
Jena writes every letter. Each one is a true story about a child she has worked with. Names and identifying details are always changed.
Email us before the 23rd of the month and we’ll take care of it so the change makes it into that month’s mailing.
Mail can occasionally take up to two weeks, and sometimes it gets lost. If your letter hasn’t shown up by the end of the month, email us and we’ll resend it or refund that month.
